- The balance is due in full at the beginning of the event.
- There are several additional accommodations that we require!
- Normally, we setup our equipment within 2 hours of the scheduled start time. If you require us to setup at an alternate time it could affect your quotation.
- We will provide one wireless microphone for your use during the event. If the officiant or other V.I.P's in your event require lavalier(lapel) microphones for the ceremony, they are available for rent.
- An electrical outlet is only as good as the circuit that connects it to the breaker box. If the wiring in your facitlity has not been kept up to code, you should assume the breaker will trip. This means that music will cease until someone finds the breaker and resets it.
- Normally, we need two separate circuits within 20 feet of the performance area to properly power our equipment. This means two grounded outlets on different breakers.
- The DJ and equipment must be sheltered from the rain and sun. Discy Business reserves the right to refuse service if the purchaser does not provide adequate shelter. You may also want to consider renting a canopy!

| | | | | | Unnecessary Distractions
- Guests interested in the DJ’s equipment and/or processes.
- Guests lingering at, beside or behind the DJ’s area.
- Guests waiving or spilling drinks and stumbling near equipment.
- Guests grabbing the microphone without permission.
- Guests attempting to persuade the DJ to play a type of music or specific song that is predetermined by purchaser(s) to be inappropriate or undesirable.
- Guests insisting that their song is played next, everyone wants their song next.

Misinforming or failing to inform us about access considerations including stairways, narrow corridors, unmaintained pathways or roads, obstacles (including guests), crowds, excessive distance(more than 100ft) or waiting until the day of the event to tells us that the equipment must be moved mid-event. There is also a fee to relocate the equipment. | | | | | | |
